What's your highest Civ IV difficulty?

Hello everyone,
What's the highest level on which you've beat a single player Civ IV game? How long did it take you to do that?

I've only beat the game on Warlord, I'm not that great. It's really addictive though and I think I can get pretty high up by the end of summer.

I was enjoy Civilization IV 1 years ago. At the time I most high level of what I play is Warlord level.
Because I don’t have enough time for play Civilization. I can’t win at more high level than Warlord. I sometime saw play review which written by Immortal or Deity player. But I really cannot understand that players. How many time they spend on Civilization?

But now after immigrate my operating system to Ubuntu, I cannot play the game on my computer. Ubuntu makes me quit every 3D games.
