Talking Cross-country

Anyone here do cross-country or track (personally I do distance).

many people here are i'm sure thinking "running bleh!" but I have to say, cross-country is amazing.

I love to run on cross-country courses, and competition is fun... you just have to wear someone down a little, and kick for a bit, and they're out.

any thoughts?

cheers,
Trab

ran the 100, 100 hurdles and longjump in high school. asthma kept me from doing to well at distance (laziness wasn't much of a help either). speed has saved me from a supreme beating on two occasions in my life.
