Default NBA Playoff's

Who's going to win? I'm with Detroit all the way!

Yeah. Detroit looks pretty much untouchable right now. They would have to be my pick.

I am rooting for the Warriors though. Love the underdog who slays the Maverick beast! It does not look promising down 0-2 to Utah.

Detroit looks well-nigh unbeatable in the East. If the Suns come out of the West, the Championship is the Pistons to lose. If it's the Spurs, it will be a competitive and hard-fought series. I am essentially giving no others a shot here, so YMMV.

I think Detroit will likely end up winning, but I think it would be AMAZING to see the Bulls be the first to come back from three games down. They really have a lot of heart.

Amazing but unlikely. I wouldn't be surprised if Detroit kinda short-played that last game so as to clinch at home and/or not have too long a down-time before the next series. I guess I'm kind of a cynical fan.

hmm, I haven't followed the NBA in years. Do they still call it the World Championship?

Since they have the best players from all over the world, I'd say it qualifies as such. Wouldn't you?

You mean the NBA World Championship which only consists of north-amrican teams?

Do the lakers still have a shot? Because the lakers has the force

(yeah yeah, I know it is a pretty lame name, but I have used it consistenly for the last 10 years where-ever I go at the net, and I have no intent of changing it. There once was a time when I loved l.a. lakers and starwars)

Well, all the best players in the world seem to come here to N. America. There must be something to that.

Lakers were eliminated in the First round of the playoffs.

I'm feeling a Detroit v. San Antonio final, with Detroit taking it in 6. After watching the San Antonio game today, I'm pretty sure that the Jazz's run this year is done.

I hope either the CAVS or the SPURS win. I really don't see the CAVS making it all the way but I would like to see it happen.

Well, teams that take a 2-0 lead in the Conference Finals have a 55-2 record of making it to the NBA Finals, and 1 of the 2 was when Jordan exploded on the Knicks in 92 or 93. It does not look good for the Cavs. Sorry.

Things are looking better for the CAVS now. They are up 3 to 2 plus their next game is at home. My money at this point is on the CAVS.

The CAV's made it.

Now they are going to be crushed by the Spurs!

I have to go with the Spurs to win the championship mainly because of Tim Duncan. I met him while he was at Wake and was impressed then with how "down to earth" he behaved.

He has no need to show off, he just goes out and plays damn good basketball.

The connections between the teams coaching staff make this an interesting series.

The CAVS run is over. They will be lucky if they win two games in the finals.
