Why don't we all become atheists, save all that religious non-sense.

It's interesting to find out that we are paying for approximately 180 thousand contractors in Iraq. That's more contractors than soldiers. We are paying company's to protect the army. That is so strange. Some like to make the argument that we are not over extended militarily, but that may be because we are contracting the war out.

I think we're way over-extended, even with contracting out most of the war effort. There's still the hard facts about extended tours of duty, lack of time off, inadequate forces in Afghanistan, and inadequate National Guard presence at home.

That said, the outsourcing of our government is near the top of all the terrible results of this administration.

What's difficult for me to understand is; how is this smaller government? We may be reducing the amount of government employees, but the government is requiring more money be spent from outsourcing. It seems to me the federal government is becoming a place where contrators simply pick up their checks which my tax dollars are apart of. I don't like what i'm seeing, but perhaps I'm overreacting.

Christianity wasnt.....there have been terrible acts of violence commited by Christians in the name of the religion but violence was not used nor subscribed to as a part of the original doctrine.

Of course we can live in peace if we all convert to Islam. In the same way we could all live in peace if everyone was...{Choose one, and one only.} Christian, black, white, fascist, communist, gay, straight, Hindu, Buddhist... the list goes on.

Not really. I'm sure somebody, somewhere, will still be pissed off enough about something to want to blow shit up, just it won't be al-Qaeda.

Exactly. And I'd die before I renounce my God. As would many others, so there would only be more bloodshed. This is yet to come to pass.
