| I for one find it amazing that one single person would be willing to give up everything for a full peaceful loving world, with no violence and true values, yet people are not willing. |

| what does not work is what is obvious. War, violence, oppression, racisim, its wrong and its prevelent. I do not decide what works, but i decide what works for me, and whats more I try my hardest to do what works for others. |

| In this case you are not addressing seisen's point. You may be able to stop yourself from believing in God (though I'm fairly certain that you don't anyway), but in order to reach the state that you describe in your first post (no religion in the world), you would have to fundamentally change human nature. |

| actually, i do believe in god. What I do not beleive is that he has anything to do with our problems. I beleive that humans are responsible for their own actions and are living with the consequences. |

| I see the Fnords. | Religious freedom is one of the most important freedoms. Being forced to have no religion is as bad as being forced to have a particular religion. In fact, not having a religion is becoming a religion of it's own. |

For just an instant, have a glimpse, a vision, of life through my eyes. It is a staggeringly joyous perspective, a view of how each person's choices can make their own life better. It is a vision of the possible, of how things can and should be.

| yah i thought of that paradox to. If having no religion is what everyone believed, then eveyone would agree to that way of life and follow it, leaning towards the definition of a religion. |

| under construction | Things Like religion and countries is our only problem.. Inequalities like distributing wealth would still be a problem. And who is to say that things like religion would not return? Systems like countries are necessary to arrange things like freedom of speech, allocation of resources, maintaining technology. Systems like governments, capitalism, organisation to settle differences, etc. If those suddenly disappeared, the way they reappear might not be peaceful. |

| something that Ive noticed though, is that the majority of people want the same thing, or are searching for the same things. To me that proves that something is possible. |

| Anyone here seen The Gods Must Be Crazy (1980)? And of course Life Stinks (1991) The rich and mighty really need a reality check. Greed is one of the biggest problems in the world. People who don't have a lot, just want to do ok. But people who has a lot just want more. |
