Default God, Monotheism & Peace

God, Monotheism and Peace

Have you ever thought about colors? There are many colors surrounding us, making up the outer surface and the main and striking layer of any item. One of the most delicate and beautiful vibrant parts of our life are flowers. When we look at them, the first thing that comes to our eyes is their color, and then the form of them is envisioned in our mind.
Apart from the physical cover of the nature and the things surrounding us, colors have an important role in our mood and taste; in a way that we give high importance to colors in our choices as colors are in direct relation with our mood. By picking our favorite color we get a better satisfaction from what we have chosen.
Colors have a diverse spectrum, hence based on light and dark characteristic, purity and pigmentation there is an abundance of colors surrounding us.
Now let's assume that the three main colors are divided into groups based on ones liking: One group in favor of the color yellow, the second group in favor of the color red and the third group in favor of color blue. As you know these colors are the three main colors. In this case do you think we can tell the yellow group to let go of their group and join the red one? Or the fans of the blue group invite the other two into their own group, claiming the color blue is more complete and better? For sure none of the groups would consent to let go of their likes and beliefs in order to join the other.
Let's assume these three groups want to carry out a team work together. Obviously, each group sees itself better and more competent and believes based on its superior beliefs it can make the best decision and become successful. The Blue group would say: With all our beliefs and ideology and with the support of all our scientists we can prove we are the best. The Yellow group, which is a more unbiased group, would think about the Blue group's proposal, but would respond: No! We, with all our scientists and beliefs, we would prove our legitimacy and superiority. The Red group would ponder over the points put over by the other two groups honestly and deeply but just like the other two, it sees only itself and its own beliefs and would come to the conclusion that it is the absolute truth.

So, what is the solution? A solution must be found.
Looking more deeply we'll realize that the fundamental nature of all colors is the color white or in fact the light itself. You only have to hold a prism to the light to see the sunlight break into a spectrum of beautiful colors and it becomes apparent that the origin of all colors is nothing but light. Apparently this discovery will lead us to this fact:

Neither the three main colors nor the secondary ones are not absolute authority and truth. The absolute and superior truth is nothing but the color white and light.

Supporters of different human religions and faiths, thinking they are the absolute authority are busy following their own path and teachings. As a result each group has a number of honest and worthy followers not being aware they are sowing discord among the lovers of truth and monotheists and in this way they are taking away the chance of unity and friendship among them. In His last supreme religion, God Almighty calls all religions that have come before and all mankind to obey His divine religion and says: Revert to monotheism religion, peace and friendship, God is one and the absolute divine truth and those seeking anything else (but the divine truth and faith) won't reach peace and salvation. All men are equal in eyes of God and each group that considers itself the absolute authority is only sowing discord between itself and other sects who have the same view point. An example of this type of behavior is more prominent among religions; prophets came with pure religions and called men towards God and human unity, but after a short time their mission suffered discord through people who couldn't realize the concept of God and monotheism. In His last divine religion God calls this group of people "pagan and polytheist" as they worship the followers and leaders of their religion instead of God, hence each group followed an individual and the religion was divided into sects which prevented unity and sincerity among the followers of that religion which eventually led to prevention of sincerity and unity among followers of other religions too.

This is the simple and bright truth that civilized man has to realize and implement in the third millennium in order to reach the true standing of his human value. Hence, away from old-fashioned and misleading ideological preoccupations and put him above the hoodwink preoccupations he can reach a peace that only comes from faith, monotheism and believing in God as the only one to be worshipped that can bring peace and unity for the mankind. He has to implement the common divine rules through international bodies with the participation of representatives from all religions. This way he would reach higher levels of human exaltation instead of ignorantly being preoccupied with the fact that his ideas are more superior whilst if they believed in something else they'd still claim to have the greater idea as they only believed in themselves and what they had, not the absolute truth.

Instead of being prejudiced about colors, sects and religions, we'd better revert to the main color and the main one to be worshipped which is the absolute authority, the God and the creator of man. This way the main and intact parts of our belief which stem from the color white will be maintained, just like the colors broken down in a prism.

When you say "yellow", I say " blue" and another man says "red", we'd be three different individuals, whilst if I say "God" and the common rules of religions and you and the other person say the same thing too, our relation would be a more complete one, worthy of all of us and in a humanistic and divine level. This is the essence of monotheism that takes the mankind to friendship, sincerity, peace, prosperity and complete salvation, keeping all their diverse beliefs.

Members of one team would feel closer to each other and would share their joy and sorrow and stick together under any circumstances, but members of two different teams, no matter how friendly they are, don't feel united. God's group, with clear humanistic rules such as honesty, generosity, justice, avoiding ignorance and aggression… is the only worthy group accredited by all. By joining this group through international bodies (made up of representatives from all religious groups) one can reach all that is worthy of the mankind. By joining the worldwide monotheism and standard human society the traditional ignorance and at times paganism ruling over some religious groups would be eradicated. This ignorance at times led to reversion of a large number of pure hearted people from the true religion of God towards other beliefs. Establishing clear religious and humanistic regulations brings man closer to the essence of monotheism and peace.

All religions and faiths and religious groups follow two major and complementing goals: One part is spiritual teachings which would make a man self made and in religious cultures it includes all types of prayers and group work. Another part is an honest attempt for convincing others to accept the superior truth which they have realized. This was they will attract more followers to their cause, which they believe to be the only means to salvation. The first part is totally personal and elective in a way that people and groups can choose the superior religion and faith which they see fit and build their inner self. But in the second part, the history has never proved the existence of any superior religion or faith that can convince man in the course of his life and bring them all under the umbrella of its beliefs. This has never been realized in human societies and in the course of his life man has always been in contests and doctrinal conflicts as reaching the supreme and common faith has always been combined with imposition of thoughts and prejudices and the followers of none of the groups would consent to letting go of their belief and accept the teachings of another group completely. This would not be realized till dooms day. In today's world, with the advances we are seeing in general knowledge and separation from the traditional ignorance and the ease of social communication there is hope that with the leadership of international competent bodies with the participation of representatives from all religions in the world we can get near this human wish. By giving priority to the common principles of the social life of religions in the global life and culture of man under the name of "Divine Unity Religion" one can reach a faith that is religiously accepted by all religions. This would be nothing but the pure humanity religion and what God has agreed for the mankind through His religions. When this is carried out under the name of God, all the people in the world would look at it with a religious respect and it would be confirmed by all and gain more credit. This way it would create a more divine and humane mentality in the international society and bring man closer to his human essence and felicitous peace.

Creation of mankind is blended with monotheism and sooner or later we have to discover it in our inner self to reach the supreme levels of human elevation.

Oh...wow. Your caption/title thing says to be gentle so I'll refrain from saying something too harsh.

My head just hurts from the stupidity and the longevity of that rant...lethal blow when those two are combined together. If your mission is to turn people off to religion even more than they are now, you have succeeded.

Correct me if I am wrong, because I do not really understand your post but what I got out of it was that

A) Humanity is dependent on monotheism
B) Polytheists and "pagans" are ignorant and do not support any human goals
C) Peace is also reliant on monotheism
D) While there are separate religious groups there can not be peace

I think in your reference to monotheism you are only considering Christianity, which would be hypocritic as in the beginning of your post you state
Quote:
he Red group would ponder over the points put over by the other two groups honestly and deeply but just like the other two, it sees only itself and its own beliefs and would come to the conclusion that it is the absolute truth.
You build your argument on the idea that what you believe is right and that others are wrong, which is the very premise of what you are proposing to stop.

I think that the only way to reach the equilibrium you are proposing is to completely take religion out of the picture. As seen in history cultural differenced can be overcome but religion is one thing that will always cause problems. Unless there is an annihilation of separate faiths in the near future there will be no way short of mind control that the entire world will believe in one faith. The way to make the best decisions is objectively through the lens of reason.

Claiming monotheism as some sort of bringer of peace is utterly absurd. All one has to do is look at all the harm perpetrated in the name of "god" to realize that the very idea of "god" is harmful to society.

May I ask where in the hell did you get this from?

You sound like your putting down all other religions because they don't believe in God. Have you ever taken a comparitive religion class before? Have you ever researched other religions before?

The standard human believes in God. The importance of this belief is based on this fact that belief in God and his divine & humanistic laws as the creator of the universe is the only common point among all the human beings that reinforces the bonds within the world human society.

The standard human being views monotheism, humanitarian acts carried out to obtain the satisfaction of God as the essential criteria for the unity of mankind. According to this sublime human viewpoint, the standard human respects all the religions and the sublime beliefs of mankind, and considers their followers and himself as a member of the world society of humans.

The standard human is a believer in implementing the instructions of his religion, and at the same time respects sanctities of other religions.

Buddhists don't believe in God
where does that leave them?
are they 'non standard'?

please:
1- Refer to the site: Standard Human

2- All divine religions & sublime human beliefs in their ideal forms are standard; and all their true believers & followers so are standard too.

3- Through the viewpoint of standard human all mankind with various beliefs and religions are part of the World Society of Humans.

4- Kindly read the last paragraph of the text again "all religions and faiths..."

5- When you say "yellow", I say " blue" and another man says "red", we'd be three different individuals, whilst if I say "God" and the common rules of religions and you and the other person say the same thing too, our relation would be a more complete one, worthy of all of us and in a humanistic and divine level. This is the essence of monotheism that takes the mankind to friendship, sincerity, peace, prosperity and complete salvation, keeping all their diverse beliefs.

6- Standard human seeks the social part of religions in his international life. By highlighting the positive aspects of the devotional acts and the religious behavior of humans in the culture of human civilization one will find a common point among all human beings with diverse beliefs and followers of different religions; and from now henceforth human beings will be linked by a common human being identity instead of being scattered by their religious appearances and geographical boundaries.

7- The term of God is something in highest level and power that most religions with various form believe it. And from the viewpoint of standard human the sole name that mankind can be gather under His name in peace.

8- Finally what it is said about polytheist & pagan is about polytheism inside monotheism not about respectful polytheist religions.

You don't have to believe in God to be a peaceful person, hatred and violence is comes from the person itself.

Anyone else see this as contradictory? These "prophets" with "pure religions" seem to "consider [themselves] the absolute authority", and thus are "sowing discord".

dghd, I notice that at the bottom of the "Standard Human" website it says "by D GH D". I also notice that all of your posts so far on this website mention your website. I'm not sure if this forum has specific rules against spamming, but I'm pretty sure most people don't appreciate it.

Edit: I apologize if your only intention was to discuss the topic into which you have obviously invested a lot of time.

He has the right to his own opinion, so technically he's not spamming. Its not like he made one post and then left and spammed some other posts.

That's true, hence my edit. I just thought it was a little fishy that he has the link to his website in nearly every post.
