It will help people come out of their shells a bit, ease into a conversation without identity, in this they may feel protected. This forum is loaded with people..but you only see a handful reach out..on the other hand something is better than nothing..but I do think this will cast out the dark shadows and motivate individuals to come forth with a lil more courage. I've also been lurking around reading posts, and there were quite a few times I wanted to say something but decided not to, worrying that I might get into trouble especially when I know my comment isn't so favorable.
