That's unfortunately never hindered them before. I wouldn't expect it to, now.

Thankfully, the country seem to be losing it's taste for war. Public opinion being what it is, I don't think they could successfully launch another aggressive, unjustified war without serious consequences from the people.

Unfortunately though it seems to go in a never ending cycle related Presidential popularity. Let's hope this is where it stops.
