The World Food Programme estimates that it will be feeding 4.1 million Zimbabweans, one third of the population, by the end of the year.

But none of that has stopped the Zanu-PF regime.

Just kidding. After reading some more about Mugabe (Robert Mugabe - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) it is clear.
Here is another (sadly) interesting factoid:

Slightly tangential question: Lots of foreign aid was pumped into this country, would the country have been better off without any of it, and facing its inevitable fate earlier?
