No, it isnt, thats an urban myth, it can still be found in many Australian stores over there (which i imagine would be hard to find out side of the largest cities).

Depends how you define illegality, according to the list it should be prohibited, but the FDA has not prohibited its importation. So in reality it is not illegal, even though it should be (according to The Code of Federal Regulations #172.345).

Well one can argue that the camera is illegal in the hands of the person who took the kiddy porn pics as they have shown themselves to be willing to use it for illegal purposes (the porn can not exist without a camera to take it).

But even if we put that aside, it is easy enough to remove the kiddy porn from the camera by deleting the files. I'd like to see someone remove the folate from the vegemite.

Clearly vegemite is illegal, but the article posted shows the government have decided not to enforce the law. Selective enforcement of law is not unusual of course - closer to standard procedure.

Silliest of all is making the folate illegal in the first place.

I think I did OK for some one whos never seen/read/studied a compy of the Constitution EVER. What exactly are they teaching us in school you may as, NOTHING. And the really sad thing is that I'm in gifted (GT) classes! (the only requirement is a 130 IQ, mines 146 but I have no idea what that means/measures... It wall a really annoying and stupid test "Which of the following does not belong..blah, blah, blah, WhatEVER!)

	Well, it seems that foreboding has fallen over the calm world that I call home. ZS forums and I are now best buds. (I think that zombies have less cred than nukes as a doomsday, but slightly more than aliens...)
