Some of those questions seem really ambiguous to me. But probably the answer still has some sense.

My political compass
Economic Left/Right: -7.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.54

I guess these results shows evidence for one thing:
Economic Leftists/Social Libertarians are more likely to take online quizzes.

Your political compass

Economic Left/Right: -0.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.92

For what it's worth I didn't think this was a very good quiz myself.

I prefer:

World's Smallest Political Quiz

For this I am at:

Your personal issues score is 70%.
Your economic issues score is 100%.

Putting me very squarely in the Libertarian side of things.

Hmm... that world's smallest one seems to be a bit biased, if you ask me. The phrasing of the questions (like 'End "corporate welfare." No government handouts to business.') definitely hints at what the "right answer" would be. I could shift it to the other end of the spectrum, such as "Get rid of government grants that allow small start-ups to succeed".

In any case, my score is:

Your personal issues score is 70%.
Your economic issues score is 10%.

Making me "Liberal". Funny, I don't much agree with the Canadian Liberals...

The liberals arn't nessciarily librel though. in the UK atleast the 3 main parties, Labour (orogionaly for change and for the unions), the Tories (orignaly against change and done better in the countryside) and the libreal democrats (who nows what ther for). they are all mainly in the "middle ground" and so often no longer the same as they origonaly where and so are no longer what there party name stands for. If that makes sense

I know, I'm well aware of the disparity between the names of the parties and the viewpoints. It's unfortunate, though... often the Canadian Liberals are the lesser of two evils, and people who would rather vote NDP or Green vote Liberal because they actually have a chance of winning.
