Well before we discuss US Law, you better learn about it. That is what we base our entire legal system on.

'Bare arms'. Thanks for misspelling that, it leads me right to the point I ultimately want to make: I basically think guns are for pussies. I'm confident I could defend myself against an unarmed intruder any day, but guns, that's just BS.
Thanks for being considerate and pointing out my spelling error, I completely missed it.

Any coward can fire a gun. I'd like to see that coward come up to me with 'bare arms'.
I'm sure you can defend yourself quite well.

Because it's a constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
Welcome to a discussion, vorian. A question; Since your agrument is because the constituion allows it and your obviouly respecting the constitution, would you still obey the constitution if it were amended to prohibit a right to bare arms?

It's still name calling and wasn't very direct as you claim.

I would have no choice but to follow the law. I seriously doubt that this portion of the Bill of Rights would ever be amended. I don't think it's beyond congress to pass an amendment restricting our rights, I just think that it would be nearly impossible for the amendment to be ratified by the states.

Well, I get the feeling that most criminals come from lower social classes.
I don't have any statistics to show you, but I think that people who grow up with a roof over their head, enough to eat every day, a loving family, lots of leisure activities don't need to steal, kill or commit violent actions.

Yes, of course there might be some exceptions like those students killing other students, but those are exceptions.

And if social inequalities doesn't produce "predators", what does?
Lack of education (which is linked to social inequality)? Violent TV shows and/or games?
