Okay this is always a problem in teen relationships; there is always someone older than the other.

Now you are in a relationship with someone, and you really love him or her and want to or already have sex. You turn 18 and your partner is 17, the law says someone 18 or older can't have sex with someone under 18. Would you let this law stop you from having sex with your partner? Well for my overall choice I chose that I would have sex with them because I love them, whether or not it disobeys the law. However when I was 17 and dating my ex, we decided that we weren't going to do anything sexual until I turned 18, which was a month later. It's just that he didn't want to end up getting in trouble, so I waited because he requested it basically. If I were in that situation again, as of now I don't really think I would even have a close relationship with someone who is under 18. I already act older for my age, but if I did like someone who was underage, then so be it. Love is love. Doesn't matter what age you are.

i would. but for me it's not against the law anyways. cause even though shane is 18 and i'm not. in minnesota we have a little thing called the three year rule which pretty much says as long as you're 16 or 17. you can have sex with anyone up to three years older than you or like another 16 year old. so if you're 17 you can go 20 and 16 goes to 19. so i mean it's not that hard. but i have had a problem with it in the past but it still is kinda nice cause i mean otherwise who would guys fuck when they're 18. cause a lot of guys prefer chicks younger than them and forcing them to choose someone older isn't right. but hey. do whatever you feel like.

im in that place now. my boyfriend is 19 and I am 16. but we love each other and so y not. and so yeah i agree with belicimabambina we are in love and so i dont see a problem. but im pretty sure that PA has the 3 year rule too.

well since im from the uk the law is similar but different.

the law states that it is illegal to have sex under the age of 16 so along as your both over 16 it dosnt matter.

You all got good points but I also see about the law even if you think you are in love (key word think) See I have a friend see thought she was abulutlly in love and He asked her if they could have sex and she sail know and so he didn't like it and raped her. So is that love? No I don't think so.

Yeah, 16 in this country. However many people have it before that age.

Canada's Age of Consent is 14, but I've still heard law suits coming up cause 18/17 don't mix.

I have never heard of a sex law before, Marc. I really have nothing to say about this topic. Except, I would rather have safe sex when I am older, mature, and ready enoigh!
