I find the mood maker strikes me in the morning hour mosty..On my way home from work, I listen to nothing actually..and at work its talk radio..I am just so tired on my way home and I want silence, not to mention I am more alert in the morning and feel a need to stay that way until I get home.. So many people have been venturing in my lane this week alone,,everyone of them was on a car phone. I love music as most do, but is can be alluring and take your mind out of the existing world and into a world you dont need to be in when driving..ya that like the cell phone..pretty scary out there. However..I am fortunate enough to have several computers in my desk room that are mine, one Ubuntu 710 presently and the other Windows XP. so when I re-attach a makeup face I listen to music then as well. Its tranquil and I get the work done much more quicker.. Sherri

I tend to listen quite often at work...oddly enough it helps me concentrate on what im doing. If it's too quiet, I find myself distracted, dont figure! When not at work, definitely listen while in the car.

I have a kick ass audio system for my computer. Cant stand music without the base, not even classical. Btw you really can tell the difference between a good sound card and a generic built in one. I actually have a kind of old sound card in my computer right now (free after rebate) but surprisingly it's better than the built in realtech HD audio. I didn't even notice the difference until I tried the other sound card. I think the reason is it segregates between the base and speakers better.

Usually, I listen to music in the evening. I start off listening to pop, then R&B, and then I slow it down a bit with jazz and slow songs to relieve and melt away stress a little past midnight. To me, music kind of puts you in another world! A place and time where you'd love to be!! I always dream about going back to visit Las Vegas, so I usually play the songs that were always played when I last visited there.
