What kind of music do you find that you're listening to a lot lately? What is your favorite artist(s)/band?

EDIT: changed my musical taste recently. im becoming more of a southern metalhead. i like hard rock (chevelle, staind, 12 stones), southern metal (metallica, pantera), pericings and tattoo music (limp bizkit, korn, slipknot), real metal (metallica, pantera, slayer, AC/DC), and country.

Rock is such a broad, broad genre that it really doesn't specify at all. Even getting into the sub-genres like alt-rock, etc. doesn't specify. Some bands can fit into so many different categories too. It's just easier to list some of the bands or very specific genres/scenes that you like (for example, the nyc anti-folk scene)
