| Really interesting doco I saw a week or so ago - based around interviews with Robert McNamara. I knew very little about this guy prior to seeing this film, but found him to be a really engaging and thoughtful person. The film is a real thought provoker on some of what goes on behind the scenes in wartime, as well as some first hand anecdotes of Whitehouse events in the Kennedy and LBJ years. Highly recommended! I saw somewhere it won the Oscar for doco the year it was released too. |
