Are you talking about the movie with Jodie Foster or real lambs?

Excellent movie - but I'm also partial to everything I've ever seen with Jodie Foster in it. Beyond her being a strong actor, she comes across as an intelligent and thoughtful person to me - 2 very attractive qualities

Hey..

I have always loved Jodie Foster, even on the Courtships of Eddies Father..remember that? but she did grow into a beautiful woman..

My favorite part was when he busted the hole in the door with the axe, stuck his face in, and said "here's Johnny."

Now THAT surprises me. I would have thought you might have more problems with an atheist lesbian being a devout Christian.

Hey MRiGnS

I know of her back-ground and I dont like it..never have..it was quite disappointing early on to learn of her being homosexual, she is way to beautiful for that and many men on this planet would love her in a New York moment..so that was disappointing..truly I didnt know the woman was an atheist, now that is shocking but I have not read anything like that before on her. Even so..I still thought she was a cool kid when she was little and grew up to be a very lovely woman. The good thing about God is..he is all about change for the good, so those who seek..all things are possible, from homo to hetro..if one soulfully seeks him. Jodie Foster is not nigh of these promises.

I'd forgotten about her being a lesbian until just yesterday when it was mentioned for some reason on the TV - oddly, it makes her all the more attractive to me somehow - I guess I'm a strange one eh?

Attractive physically? Or attractive in the sense you share atheist beliefs?

There is a saying in Italy that says that things you can't reach increase you wanting to reach them.

I don't know how to translate it properly nor if this saying exists in the English language.

Oh and about the scene in The Shining, it rocks ;P

That entire film rocks. Gonna miss Kubrick.

I can't disagree with the message of the saying, but I can't think of a similar saying in English.
