~Summary: A event of a life time. Every senior at Degrassi high and Alumi students of Degrassi and dropouts and expullsion students so basically everyone who has attended Degrassi got an invitation to go and spend the summer in the famous American prison in the San Franciso Bay Alcatraz. There are stories that say the souls of the inmates that have lost their lives still haunt this lonely island. There is only one way in and that is either by the ferry or a boat but most Sailors would rather die then go by that island. Some of those inmates are Al Capone (the famous Chicago gangster leader and is also known as Scarface), Harvey Bailey (Partner of Machine Gun Kelly and Believed to be involved in Kansas City Union Station Massacre), Bernard Coy (Planned and led the 1946 Blast-Out.) Floyd Hamilton (Driver for Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrows and During his 1943 escape attempt, Hamilton was believed to have drowned. He hid out in a sea cave for two days before turning himself in.), and many more. HINT: NO ONE WILL DIE THIS IS JUST SUPPOSE TO BE SPOOKY PLACE FOR THEM TO STAY FOR THE SUMMER!

I can't believe it! I have my lisence and my mom said that I can drive my black Honda Civic from 2000 to my new summer home, in San Francisco, California! This is going to be so fun. I carried my sleeping bag off into my trunk. I pulled out my check list that is in my short's back left denim pocket that had my good luck butterfly patch on it. I unfolded it. I read it to myself, full size air matress check, flashlights check, batteries check, cell phone charger check, dental care kit check, make up box check, clothes check, femamine products check, 6 pillows check, sheets check, I went through the list that was a full size binder page. Finally I had everything. One more last thing to do. I walked over to my mom. She had tears running down her cheek. I smiled.

"It's okay, Mom. I have my cell phone and my pager and my credit card and money and my calling card. If I need anything I will call." I tried to reassure her the best I could. Then I hugged her and whispered in her ear "I love you." Then I broke the hug and started off to my car. I opened the door and looked back at the house that I have only known for a few years but its still home. I pulled my Blue sunglasses that were ontop of my head down so they were in front of my eyes now. I got in the car. Grabbed for my seat belt and buckled it over my baby blue tink top. Then I checked the mirrors and then started the car. I was finally on my own! I pulled out of the drive way and then waved to my mom and kid sister.

I have been driving all day and I finally made it to the ferry that was to go to take me to the Isalnd. It was my turn to drive my car into the ferry. I turned and saw _____ in the next car.

Piper had been driving all day. She was so glad to get away from her home life, she actually had to sneak out. She turned and saw Darcy in the next car over. A smile spread across her lips.

Darcy

I waved to Piper. Thank goodness someone kool was going to be here with me. I thought. I screamed over to her, "Going to Alcatraz?"

"Yep, i heard its mad scary. Hey i'm glad your coming, anyone else from school coming," she asked.

Darcy

I sat there leaning on the steering wheel looking forward. All this driving has really been hard.

"Yep, i heard its mad scary. Hey i'm glad your coming, anyone else from school coming," Piper asked.

I turned my head back over at her and then said "I dont know? We are goign to have to find out?"

Manny wasnt sure who was going to be there. She waited for craig to come Pick her up. Craig finally came and greeted manny with a Hello Kiss. She hoped in the car And they were off. They finally reached the ferry were they met up with Jimmy and Ash along with Dracy and Piper.
"Hey Guys" Manny waived to everyone as she steped out of the car.

Darcy

I heard Manny's voice I pulled myself up in the window and waved over at Manny. "HEY!" I screamed. I was so excited adn then so scared at the same time.

Piper turned around she had heard manny's voice. she rolled down the window and screamed "hey guys."

"Is it Just me But are you guys Like soo Excited!!!"

Darcy

I put the car into park. I hit the alarm and then cranked up the stereo. Darcy climbed back through the window and this time went onto the top of the car and tehn began to dance! When the song ended so yelled back at manny "Does that show you have excited I am?"

Manny and Craig exchanged glances being very shocked with the action that darcy has just comitted..." Hells Yeah It does, My god manny whats gotten into you?" Manny asked with a Laugh

Darcy

I jumped off the roof of my car and walked over to them and said, "Its because I am free. I am free of SPinner! I am free of my parents! I am free to be me not someone who is trying to make their parents happy!" She began to dance around again.

"I guess that would make me happy, Spinner must have been a handful."
Craig got tired of the small talk and decied to walk over to Jimmy and ash to Get out of Manny and darcys way.
"Darcy I am proud of you, You have made it through the rain"

Darcy

I stopped dancing and pulled Manny to the side. "Can you keep a secret!"

Piper turned up her stereo, and got on top of the hood of her 1970's cherry red mustang. She had her accutic guitar with her and she started to play along with Evanescence's Bring me to life as well as sing. She looked at all the people she knew and smiled her first year at Degrassi was amazing all though she wished some guy would take intrest in her.

" Um sure as long it doesnt have to do With me ...like Turing to the lord Cause I'm not going to"

Looking at her with a confused face. "Ummm, no!" It has to do with something that I did with a really really REALLY bad boy!"

"Wow Very un-Darcy of you"What Did you do?" Asked manny
