| Eligible for a custom title | Has anyone suffered this? When I used to be depressed like all the time, I would basically not get my period for like.... MONTHS. And I'm not talking like two or three months, I'm talking about six to seven months. It seems that since I've straightened everything out, everything is all good again, but I was just wondering if anyone here experienced the same thing? |

| Just getting started | This has happened to me but not because i was depressed. I was getting pretty scared because im a first-timer you know and i kept pressuring my body to bring my period. But it didnt come for weeks. My mother told me that "Your body is sensetive if you keep thinking about your period and pressuring your body then it wont come." Just my opinions. |

| It's typical. Depression can be caused by hormones, so does your period, it's all connected. I don't want to come into details, b/c of my poor english but I know that many girls and women experienced that phenomenon. Nicoel - Degrassi-Yotch's mother was right in some sense - if you're really nervous about your period it can really have a serious delay. Stress is one of the most common period-deferring factors. |

| Just getting started | A lot of stress on your body (no matter WHAT the circumstances) can delay your period. And, it takes around 2 years for it to become regular. I've been on mine for 6 years and it still isn't very dependable. I take birth control to help it come around the same time every month. |
