| Teddy bears and other toys Wonder where you've gone And the dolls look around at the empty rooms They all wonder why children grow They all wonder why children go Children grow-up and forget all the little things Children grow-up and get new friends The teddy bears have no use All the little children have to grow-up and move away The teddy-bears sit and wonder where they can go now that they have no master or ruler They could sit around for Peter Pan to show Take them off to Neverland Where children, they never grow old Mel ![]() |
