I smoke now and they arent regular cigs, the so called "cloves". Im sure they are worse cause they last like 10x more than regs do but they dont reek like norms too. I smoke them when I have them and I dont make an effort to attain them since they aren't as readily available (I know of two places to buy em and they are outa my way). Im a bit concerned tho if what I smoke is probably worse than regular cigs even if I smoke probably 1-3 a day. What joo think?

Worse I think. Clove cigs (they were called 'beedies' when I was young and used to buy them sometimes) do contain tobacco, and they do produce nicotine, tar and carbon.

Funny...what we call beedies here aren't clove smokes but a simple greenish leaf rolled up.

I do vaguely recall the clove cigs too - in those days, anything unusual to consume seemed all the rage and cool to me I think lol.

Anyway from a bit of googling it seems like the same is true for both beedies and clove cigs - as much (if not more) nicotine, tar etc as regular cigs.

Yes, and also, according to the US Surgeon General's Office, there is no such thing as a safe cigarette.
