| Stirrer Of Shit | I've given up caffeine on all but the rare occasion, which makes those rare occasions all the more nice. Once you adjust, I'm sure you'll thank yourself for the change. Good luck. -Eric |

| I've tried to quit coffee several times over the years, but it doesn't work. Finally gave up, and now drink half decaf both at home and out. And no, not straight decaf. That's like kissing your sister, no "kick" at all. |

| Between the sodium, the sugar/carbs, and the caffeine, that was a lot. I bet you start losing some weight, too. (I don't know if that's something you would want/need to do, though.)Even if you go back to a more moderate amount, you will be money ahead. |
