| Hey i was wondering. At the gym they have this electronic key that somebody uses and the machines remember your settings on it, and track your progress ect automatically . Does anybody know of some sort of program to keep track of your progress. Say keep a record of your weight, fat percent and perhaps weight you are lifting... i know it could be done with spreadsheets, but if there was a specific application that would be cool. |

| So after a while i finally found some applications. Most of them sucked bigtime, but one called EvenFit seems to be pretty good. I know spreadsheets might seem logical, but somehow opening application and entering data seems cooler hehe Might create my own version over the hollidays since i like having statistics of my progress in various areas ![]() |
