| Hi Kagashe. Yes I meditate - daily and usually for up to an hour if people are around (my son is 17) and makes a racket sometimes. When alone I sometimes extend my meditation to nearly two hours. I've done Transcendental Meditation, and I practice Tai Chi too and do a sort of waking meditation when I practice Tai Chi. terabyte |

| Meditation relaxes you. It releases stress from work, or if you are caught up in the spiral of the Credit Crunch or inflation and you are worried about your finances, Meditation (whatever form you do) will release the tension and help you to plan a budget (by clear thinking) that will help you live within your means - if the current situation is affecting you. There are many benefits in meditation: You don't need to be religious. You don't need to tie yourself to very long, half an hour a day will start to show within a week. You can do meditation at any time - day or night. Waking meditation is coupled with either exercise or a Tai Chi Kung series of up to eighteen exercises. Try it! You will be glad you did! terabyte ![]() |
