I've been bitting My nails Since I could Chew so yeah. I've tried stopping but it's harder then Hell to Do weather I'm nervous or just bored I bite my nails. Bad Habbit to start hard Habbit to Quit.

lol I used to but in science class when I was in school my teacher had someone bite their nail off and put it under a microscope....and EEEWWW there was all kinds of wicked freaky shit on the nail it was disgusting ssoo yea ever since then I haven't bitten my nails

I have had the habit since i can remember. Not nice. I once stopped for a period of time but then i started again. I really do need to have more will power but it is so hard to stop.
