Do you cut yourself? When did you first start? And why do you cut yourself?

I use to do it a lot when I was younger.

Hmm, I was probably around 14 when I first started.

I accidentally cut myself once and it felt good, for some odd reason. So, I began to cut more and more. My problems and stress went away for a little while. It seemed to help, but it didn't. I finally realized that it wasn't helping and that it wasn't good for me to do it, so I stopped.

Now, I have a shitload of scars on arms. There a few scars in other places, but you can barely see them. Yes, I know it was stupid, but it was the only way I could deal with my problems at the time.

yeah i did like once or twice to make my ex gilfriend back in 8th grade, b/c she did it all the time. So i did it and showed that i would do ne thing to stop her. And she did

I don't, but I don't think it's wrong for someone to, if they aren't going to kill themselves!

i never cut but my friend did she started when she was 15..because it let out her pain or you know...but she doesnt anymore..she still has the scars though..she carved a b n her arm from ben..cause that was the guys name..

Well I did for about a year and a half. the sick part is I was only 11 going on 12. yeah but that same year I was diagnosed with depression and i had to go on zoloft.

allllll of that stuff is gone now though.

i am so afraid of cutting myself,on accident,or on purpose,once,i tried to see if i had the guts,i only had a scrape on my arm,i am such a chicken,but at least i am not addicted like some people

I couldn't see myself cutting (harming) my own body. I do know why people cut sometimes, but I wouldn't cut for the reasons (the reasons that most teenagers go through).
