| Eligible for a custom title | Crunches and situps are good, but a pain in the ass on your neck if you don't do them right. A lot of times you can go to your local gym and use the situp machines there that take the stress off of your neck to make sure you're doing them right. |

| Just getting started | Yeah I am definitely with the other post-er on crunches. They really DO take effect. One caution though...don't just do it for like 10 days and then give up. My gym teacher (o god i'm quoting a gym teacher...hide!!! no jk) said that it takes 6 weeks for the body to start to change for good. good luck..adn remember you're always beautiful!! |

| Situps, pushups and crunches work. Get something that ways a few pounds, like a book or dumbell, and hold it while you do situps. You'll see results a bit faster, but yeah, don't stop after a few days. It'll take some time. |

| Crunches will help build muscle in the stomach area, definately won't help lose weight though. The most effective way to actually lose weight is to go out and run for 20 minutes everyday, or some other activity that keeps your heart rate up for a while. Area-specific workouts don't work to lose weight, remember that. |

| Hrmm...crunches to help your stomach and then also do some running..but don't run on an empty stomach. Eat a little and then wait a while like wash the dishes or something and then run. If you run on an empty stomach, your muscles get weaker. |

As for flattening that tummy up, crunches are good but also look at different exercises that will target your whole core area. That's what ya really need to look for.

Always drop the "e" at the end of a word when you put the suffix "ing" at the end. For some reason, though this is not the case with the word "lose," people tend to think words ending in "ie" like "die" get to be spelled "dieing." This is also WRONG. In an "ie" case, you drop the "e" and the "i" changes to "y." In a word that ends in "i" you keep the initial 'i" and add "ing." Hence: die - dying; lie - lying; tie - tying; ski - skiing; etc..

| I lost 14 pounds doing LA weight loss but it is really expensive so to maintain my new weight I eat healthy. 3 fruits, 3 vegetables, 2 starches and two proteins and some dairy. I also do a lot of walking, running, and dancing to keep me moving. Good luck and like someone said before you are always beautiful but do this for yourself because you want to not to impress anyone. |

| Eligible for a custom title | okay i eat 200 cals to 500 cals daily no eating before 10 am and no eating after 7 pm. i run a mile daily and do the stationary bike, i set it for half the cals i ate that day. after that i do 20 crunches, 20 oblique crunches, and 20 reverse crunches. oblique crunches are where you place your left hand on your left ear come up like a normal crunch except your turning you abs until your left elbow touches your right knee. then you turn and do the same with your right hand and left knee. a reverse crunch is a little tricky, first you lay on your back with your legs perpindicular to the floor, then using your ab mucsles lift your legs off the ground. i do this routine 2 times a day after i wake up and before i go to bed |
