Default not very healthy advice

I dunno you could do it the healthy way. Me I'd just do some speed. You tend to lose weight. And hey you don't have to excercise and won't be hungry! P.S. I would suggest you didn't follow my advice if you're into eating and sleeping. <3

Wow that was stupid. Speed to loose weight? Sorry but no. Exercising and dieting is the proper way of loosing weight. I lost about 15 lbs by exercising and keeping up a good diet.
I don't post much but I do watch the forum! If you are having problems with anyone feel free to PM me!

I have been trying soo hard to loose weight but i have this stupid problem when i see food..i eat it..even if im not hungry...so that means i eat alll the time...even if im full. But i do gymnastics...so at least im not that much out of shape
