Wrong wrong wrong, the only way to burn fat is through cardiovascular excercise. Spot training (ie working out the area that has fat you're trying to lose) does not work. Resistance excercises only increase muscle size. Crunches will do nothing.

don't eat a bunch of crap, and get off the computer ^.^
i gained aton of weight and am in the process of losing it now.whenever you go out, try to "forget" your money so you're not temoted to buy food.

also... it's "losing" not "loseing". drop the "e" before adding "i-n-g"!!!!! remember?

Well, be a vegan and exercise 2 hours every day, whatever you do just keep moving, it helps but you have to have willpower to pull it off cos sometimes you'd kill for a chocolate.

Well, maybe what you should do is go on the south beach diet.

It honestly works.

work out & eat heathy
but remember that if you
dont keep doing that forever
you will gain the weight back plus more.

also DONT COUNT CALORIES.
count calories, fat and fiber,
the more fiber the better for you.
also dont cut out all fat, meaning dont buy everything
fat free, your body needs fat to stay heathy as weird as that may sound it is very true. best thing is, eat when your body tells you you need to and stop when your not, and dont do a 'fast' diet, losing weight and keeping it off takes time and work. so dont totally cut back & not eat alot, 'dieting' is more of a life change because you cant just lose weight and then eat how you used to or youll gain it back, to eat heathly and until you are full ( not like im going to pass out full thought ) because this has to be something you can live wiith and not just a fast fix.

i always use this trick...when you wanna eat something you know is bad for a diet..think to yourself-you are gonna see that food again someday so you dont have to eat it now! and when you put your meals together make smaller portions like instead of 2 or 3 pieces of pizza try 1.

well I do yoga.. and it does make me more flexible, but it's more of a toning exercise than it is muscle building.. you know? it's fun and relaxing though.

not exactly.

I went on that last summer. I lost 10 lbs in a week and i went off of it and it didnt come back but seriously once you go on after the first two weeks the results dont show anymore it feels like you arent losing weight.

it depends on your metabolism and your body really. my friend's mom went on it and she went off of it and gained it all right back.

plus you are taking away so much healthy foods that its not good for you. BILL PHILLIP'S DIET IS THE ANSWER. ITS A DIET FOR LIFE. and you can eat bread, and yogurts just lite ones and whole wheat. seriously go to the site i put the link up here.

Smile Hi!

You can starve yourself a little and also eat only fruit and veggies until you lose it all then just maintain that diet!
