Hi everyone..

Well I shoot this thread off with that title in regards to a situation that occurred on the highway today as my daughter and myself was taken by surprise as we were abhorred to this act of violence..

Nonchalantly driving home and minding our business we noticed a nice looking young man in a rather spiff vehicle pull along side of us and continued to drive and keep up the speed. We slowed..he slowed..we then tried to get away and he raced right along side of us..I could not beleive it..suddenly we looked over..there he was..

hate to say this but he was ( masterbating ).

Here my lil grandaughter was fast asleep in her car seat thankfully in the back seat and my daughter and I were floored to see such dispicable behavior from this individual who took upon himself pleasures in open view..Wow..talk about being freaked out..

So...I gave him sign language telling him he dead if I catch him alone and said his license number with my fingers..he just continued to finish this act of violence driving right along side of us..then he took off. My daughter does not know sign language and doubtfully this crum did not either.

I doubt it if they do anything we shall see..but we are sure they wont..This happen to me several times on my way home from work about 20 years ago..had I had my pistol..I would have displayed it to him..but only had I been alone..cant take any chances on anything occurring with my daughter and grand-baby..

I tell you what slime..I am sickened and still bothered..such a complete waste of manhood. Well I am recovering but it was unforgettable.. My daughter was violated and scared..she cried and was shaking...mannn If I see this dude now around town..he will be sorry. I cant believe this is still happening and you would never expect such an act from the onset of the look with this boy and the vehicle he was driving....Mindblower it is..

You know his license number? Did you call the police? What makes you think that guy knew sign language? Do you know him?

No I dont know him at all, I was just taking a chance with him knowing sign language and was hoping to freak him out a bit..he was too brasen. I figured if he was gutsy enough to see we were calling someone he may stop what he was doing.. HE DID NOT..so I used the sign language in hopes to possibly intimidate him more thinking he may get into deeper trouble doing this..it was a bland attempt but I wanted to do all I could at the moment.

You know what Ras..was thinking about this today..that creep was probably feeding off our fear, just watching us..although I was angry my daughter was scared..because nothing stopped him..We reported his plates as we called 911, I doubt it if they do anything but at least if it happens again maybe they will check it out..

There's all kind of wacko's out there. Chances are the cops couldn't do anythign if you did call them I think, unless they caught him in the act. Maybe he was mentally ill or intellectually disabled - I gather from friends who worked in support roles for ID people that masturbation becomes more and more of a favourite pastime for some individuals as their mental faculties diminish. Who knows really? My advice I think would be to try not to let this type of think offend you - see it as a person with a sociopathic problem maybe?

On the other hand, if he acknowledges you want him to stop it, or perhaps shows clearly he is deriving sexual pleasure from the act of doing it or the fact he is offending you, then it becomes more of a sexual crime. Maybe this type of think makes a case for owning a phone with a camera, or carrying a small digital camera with you? If you took a few quick snaps clearly showing what he was doing along with his face and license plate and the location, the police would possibly be able to put him away for it. Perhaps 6 months in a cell 23 hours a day would give him time to ... ummm ... work it out of his system

What you said in the latter was a good idea,,I guess we were completely dismayed for the moment..and my daughter has one of those phones with the picture taker..mine is plain jane.. It was a rather darker tone in the window and a black vehicle but still that is exactly what we should have done. He had no plans on stopping until he was finished..that is what was blowing our minds..racing with us, slowing down with us..we even tried to get behind other cars to get away and he came right along side of us..its like he had no care of others being around..it was quite uncanny if you ask me. I doubt it if he was debilitated physically or mentally..I just think he was apt to ( for lack of a better term ) get his rocks off. I found myself looking for his car ..and I knew I would..today as I shopped. I am keeping my eyes peeled for his license.

I hope I dont lose it if I find him..I cant seem to get my childs vision out of my mind from her being so up-set..
