| Eligible for a custom title | Hey Rasczak, that's some great pictures. Did you take them? The avatar picture reminded me of a pipe rack, i'm sure you know what i'm talking about. But of course the edges are not quite how a pipe looks like ![]() Great pictures! |

Without context, its impossible to tell what is in my avatar. I just liked the way the lines are and all I guess - sort of an abstract type thing.

I guess you're right, it is impossible to see what it is, if one haven't got anything to compare it to. It could be anything. Oh well, sorry, i've gotten this thread a little off topic, but it cleared up some things ![]()

| I think I started a trend here when I went from a frowning little boy to Tab Thacker and now a pic of Emmanual Lewis! Last edited by Daquan13 : 07-03-2008 at 05:08 PM. |

| Interested participant | Mine is a picture of a character on an old PlayStation game entitled Final Fantasy VII. The character's name is Cloud Strife. My reason for choosing this avatar is this: Cloud Strife, throughout the game, was trying to find his place in the world. He worked alone, and typically chose to do things on his own. All in all, he just did not know where he really belonged. Although it may sound sad, that is basically, many times, how I feel. I have never seen a fictional character that I could relate to more than this one. He stood up for his friends, what few he had, even to the point of risking his life for them. This character and I have almost the same characteristics, except that I am an ugly fat man whereas this character was a strong and dashing type fo guy, I guess. ![]() In any case, that's my avatar. Have a good one, y'all. ![]() |

| Stop it. I think everyone knows that by now, smart ass. Why the hell are you condemming him so? You DON'T know the REAL reason why, other than him getting mad with the girl and sexually assaulting her because she threw the stone at him! While you and others are so damn busy branding him as a child molester / child rapist, friggen no one is even stopping to think that he might be mentally disturbed or has some other psychological disorder. Which could have and should have gotten him exonerated on a plea of insanity! Last edited by Daquan13 : 08-06-2008 at 11:55 PM. |

Have you never heard the truism, "two wrongs don't make a right"? It seems to me to apply here. And "he's just a kid" is not an excuse here either - that only comes into play when a kid is too young to know that what he did is wrong. Last edited by kevmartin : 08-05-2008 at 05:14 PM.

| You're right, two wrongs DON'T make it right. But it was also wrong for his parents to seemingly turn a blind eye to their child who probably was reaching out or crying for help long time ago before the attack, and didn't really know how to go about doing it. But if he were MY child, yes, I'd fight tooth and nail to get some help for him and get him into a program, even if it means he has to serve his time. I'd also fight to get him out of there and into a youth program or institution to get him some help! Last edited by Daquan13 : 08-06-2008 at 11:58 PM. |
