Here is my favorite indulgence...

Picture the scene, it's late at night. About half an hour before going to bed. Everyone in the house has gone to bed and I have locked up and turned off most of the lights. The house is dark and in silence. I pour myself a whisky, sit in my favorite chair and light a cigar. That silence, the time to quietly enjoy the flavors of whisky and cigar. It's really the opportunity of sitting in silence with nothing more to do than go to bed. All of the duties and responsibility's of the day are over. There is no one with you, so no pretence, just you and the night.

I don't always have whisky or cigars in my house, they are a little expensive. So this doesn't happen very often, but when it dose happen it's a real indulgence.

I would have to go with the whiskey and cigar only out on the porch on a really nice evening...like right now...where's the glass and matches lol.

A glass of single malt scotch would be my indulgence.
Well, it used to be years back. Now the price of good
single malt has gotten outrageous. imo.

Watching tv with a hot chocolate and home made muffin

Or sitting on the back veranda drinking a nice red chatting to my fiancé about nothing important

I don't get indulgences like those. There's always someone awake or someone asleep and since we are really living in two rooms +kitchen and toilet; I have to keep quiet and play "fetch" or "where's my [whatever]" or "go investigate that noise."
The one I have is ordering "The Vegetarian" with added tomatoes from a local pizza chain. Maybe get to do this once every 8 months to a year.
I would really like to have the house all to my self for a few hours once in a while. Not having to take care of the house, of the dog, or the family. Just dance around to whatever music I feel like blaring.

Because it more often than not makes me paranoid at parties, on a summer day I'll smoke a spliff, get on my bicycle and ride and ride and ride.

a nice hot, bath, all alone, with the house empty, a glass of bubbly, a nice warm choc muffin and a book, with some music in the background, ahhhh, but i never have the time,

i lead a pretty low stress life, so i like to indulge my cat by either giving him a massage or scratching him until he's had enough, or my eyes start to swell shut (i'm mildy allergic to cats).

I play games till 3 a.m?
