I smoked up until recently, now I use nicotine lozenges/gum.

When I did smoke I was a big fan of cigarillos (phillies/black & milds).

Actual cigarettes taste like ass.

I hand roll, Drum from Douwe Egberts at the moment blended with a little pipe tobacco.



The papers are Zig-Zag Hemp, no wood pulp, so you get a better flavor also no phosphorus.

There is enough crap in tobacco without having to inhale all of those chemicals that the tobacco industry put in your smokes. Think about it, tobacco is a natural product. It change year by year, but you smokes don't change do they? The tobacco industry works very hard to keep a consistent product. Lots of blending (very clever) and quite a few added chemicals. We all know that tobacco is naturally full of stuff that will kill us, I can do without the tobacco company's adding more to the mix.

I think of smoking a little like wine or whisky, something to be savored. If you smoke just to get the fix you are little more than an addict. Try blending your own mix, trying tobacco from different places. Cigars are good for this too. It's a long time since I have tried a pipe, I might give it a go... Not in public, too much of the "old man" not sure is my ego could take the bashing... LOL

i started giving up when i heard about the ban in scotland and they announced it wold come to england in the future, coz i knew it was only a matter of time, im smoke free now for about 3 months, though before that i was smoke free for about another 3 and had a few weeks weakness before that i was a b&h gold smoker mostly.

Indeed. I spend most of my time between 60 and 70 degrees C.

One of the reasons my dad(R.I.P) died was because of smoking, so I'm not touching one with a ten foot pole.
