Music - I would not be able to live without it
Programming - It helps stimulate my mind when there isn't much to do
Smoking - Although I don't smoke anymore the feeling of wanting to smoke never seems to go away

It only takes a few days for all that to pass. Then you'll feel much more clear and calm....

I'm actually not addicted to Nugatti (chocolate something to put on bread), which is strange since i haven't been a day without it since kindergarten, and now i've suddenly gone 2 weeks without it and haven't really noticed it.
