Yes.
I haven't been playing lately since it's too difficult to WINE on 64-bit, and I use Vista for about an hour once a week.

My main character is a 68 undead warrior.

I've always avoided the urge to try World of Warcrack. I don't need anything else to be addicted to. I was wicked addicted to Second Life for a while though.

Default Healers pwn.

I've been playing almost a year and I'm still at level 54. Well, that could always be because I'm cheap and freeze my account randomly. But I'd say I'm a geek...I tried to explain to someone how awesome healing is, and that it isn't the easiest job, and they asked me if I did logarithims in my spare time...

I <3 Healing. All the power...muahahaha!

You totally should!! But I'm bias and incredibley power hungry. hahaha...but really, when you're in a group and someone's begging for heals its just easier to 'forget' to heal them until they hit about 50hp, just to remind them I know what I'm doing...aww I miss playing.

Tell me if you roll a caster

Healers are great. I wish I'd rolled druid instead of warrior. Oh well.

Magi are fun too, since you can down mobs in three or four hits.

Played since beta, not logged in so much the last couple months though.

70 hunter, 4 or 5 others 60+, other 4 or 5 on the way to 60 on Terenas EU, various others upto 30+ on other servers. Also run an alliance guild on Terenas since beta, social not hardcore raiding :]

I fought for a year or more to not try WoW because i've heard how addicting it is. Constant nagging by a friend brought me on. I signed up in December and was hooked. Then when they issued patch 2.0.5, it pretty much destroyed any hope of continuing because I had an Nvidia Geforce4 MX4000 w/ 128MB, which is still an ok card, but not for WoW. So I broke down a couple of months ago and got an Nvidia Geforce 6200 w/ 256MB. Runs in Linux under Wine amazingly!

I just got a laptop with Vista, and I have yet to have any luck getting WoW to work under Ubuntu with the Intel drivers, but Vista has no problem at all, even with Aero running! LOL Go figure!

Alliance -- Stormreaver -- Blood Supremacy Guild
30 Human Warrior
27 Human Lock
18 Dwarf Hunter

Horde -- Rivendare
7 Blood Elf Lock

I really am not a fan of Alliance, but my friend is on and really doesn't like Horde side. I'd love to get my BE lock up to at least getting my VW. Which, after grinding with a guildie the other day, VW's Torment doesn't really work that well on mobs that a few lvl's higher than you. We were grinding in Arathi and ran across some 37 mobs and her VW couldn't hold threat for nothing. Of course I was trying to be a warrior and keep threat, but she was lvl 32! LOL. Her DPS was just through the roof!

I'm actually kinda scarred for when 2.1 comes out. I've heard it makes a lot of changes, and after the issues i had with 2.0.5, I'm hoping everything will go well!

The only thing I don't like about WoW is the amount of kids on. I mean, the guild I'm in, one of the guild leaders is 14! LOL I have a note next to my name that says I'm the grumpy old man of the guild! I'm only 29!!!!! But, then again, this is replacing my cable tv bill, so for the $15/month I'm getting pretty good entertainment!

I should have mentioned I play it under cedega, do most of you play via wine/cedega or is dual boot still most popular ?

I used to play, had a 45 Orc Hunter and a 22 Undead Mage.

And to answer your question I used to try and play under Wine but it used to drop the FPS quite a lot and would randomly crash so it was dual boot for me most of the time
