Default Mornington Crescent

Anyone for a game?

I say we play by the Greenwich Ferry rules, with the weight allowance for large loads.

Tottenham Hale.

Illegal move, I'm afraid; Stovold, page 5. (unless you're using Stovold II, that is. On the other hand, the general consensus nowadays seems to be that Stovold II did not actually constitute a revision of the original rules, but was merely based on a copy of the original Stovold, that was found on a bench near Hyde Park after a heavy downpour. It has since been ascertained that the ink in those days displayed very little of the waterproof qualities that the current varieties possess. As a result of this, the dispute between ST I and ST II followers has long since been amicably resolved, although I'm told that small pockets of ST II die-hards remain, to this day, scattered across the globe, usually in remote, near-inhabitable areas that maintain very little contact with the outside world.)

So, my move: Hackney Wick

Fuscia, you are now in nid for starting on an illegal manoeuvre. Miss 3 turns.

Latecomer, that is a smart move.

Want to play it hard eh?

Highbury & Islington.

Oh no, I'm only a novice.

But you seem to be a seasoned player, indeed.
Hmmm, decisions...decisions...

Think I'll just play it safe:

Oxford Circus

Well, it's been 7 days now, so I think I'll invoke my right to the double reverse sidestep manoeuvre -as stipulated in the notes to the Greenwich Ferry rules- and reposition myself at Blackfriars.

I'd like to see anyone pull a fast one on that one. Hah.
