| Looks like pretty strong moderating here judgeing from the sudan thread. Thats fine with me, but I am curious, which of the three people were you talking about. I'm asking so I know where I need to keep it clean enough. I don't want to go around getting threads closed on everyone. |

| It was started by one particular member but continued by other members. The essence of the problem was the use of hate terms when referring to people or cultures. Everyone is free to express their opinions but need to be careful in the language they use to express them. |

| Stirrer Of Shit | I've never called anyone an animal because of their faith or color of their skin either. I call people animals who act like animals. Wanting to kill a woman over a toy's name is animalistic, primitive, inhuman behavior. Do you disagree with that? |

| Stirrer Of Shit | Oh oh, Dai posted his "pouting" icon, I better not even think about criticizing primitive bloodthirsty murderous behavior for a while. |

| Stirrer Of Shit | Looks like pouting to me. You sound like you're pouting. |

| So I'm wondering something, it may be off topic though. I've always wondered how often a moderator/administrator has to get online. Like is there a certain amount of time he/she has to spend on the forum? |

The other moderators stop by about once a week. Rarely does anyone get moderated. Dai locked that thread the other day, and that's the first time I've seen a mod action since right after he took over as admin and exiled the village idiot to Flames a few months ago. Anyway, the mod team doesn't really get online all that much compared to other boards. They definitely don't have any hard/fast rules so far as I know. | |

| Okay, thanks for the background info. The "Flames" forum, when do new participants get to see it? Is it based on time or posts? |

| Stirrer Of Shit | I think its something like 30 days or some number of posts. I'm pretty sure if you PM Dai and ask to be exposed to it, he'll make it available to you. And BTW, I don't think Dai hates homosexuals or anything, its just an expression he likes to use. I didn't want to give you the wrong impression. |

| Oh no, I wasn't referring to the homosexual thing. I was talking about the background info on the forums and rules thing. I didn't even catch the homosexual thing until you said it. |
