This is a framework of discussions based on the various topics we have to cover to have a strong foundation for this community. If we spend a few days getting these areas hammered out, it will help in the longterm direction of this community.

Our community rules . . (lets set the base rules that we all follow)
Starting a discussion . . (ideas on how we can start conversation topics)
How to moderate . . (gotta step in, some simple how to's on moderating)
How to promote your discussions . . (getting the word out to friends, family and the WWW)
Looking for a few good moderators! . . (join the mod squad, break up squabbles, boot the spammers, point the newbies in the right direction . . . drop in and let us know you are interested)
