| Just now I tried to open a thread ( http://socialdiscussion.com/faq-howt...-new-post.html ) which was listed under as the last post of Computers & Internet > Faq & howtos and I got the following error message : DCboI, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: - Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. - Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? - If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. What's up with this message ? I've seen anything like this before. |

| i think it's a spam thread that has been removed. that's probably the reason you can't post in it. |

It gets removed by hand, ie moved to the jail sub-forum, non readable by google bots, and the account gets banned (so no more spam will come from this account). BTW, I moved your thread to "Forum Feedback and Help" ![]()

BTW, "Forum Feedback & Help" is not an apt sub category for " Life & General Discussion". IMO, it should be put up as main category by itself(makes it easier to spot)
