Default Sardines...ready?

Talk about a food that is extremely healthy for you and still very inexpensive, add crackers and hey its a great meal..slithery slathering sardines..do you like them?? I can eat most anything but spinnach..yik

I think it's weird to use the terms crackers and good meal together in one and the same sentence. And I'm pretty sure crackers aren't really healthy.

Being Italian I like my sardines grilled with garlic, olive oil, grilled tomatoes and a little bit of pecorino.

Hey MRiGinS..

Well in my case, I only eat 5 crackers anyway..so its not a big health killer, just an extra tasty treat to compliment the sardines.. Hi Ho vegetable crackers is what I eat, they do have fiber..
