| Talk about a food that is extremely healthy for you and still very inexpensive, add crackers and hey its a great meal..slithery slathering sardines..do you like them?? I can eat most anything but spinnach..yik Sherri |

| the wicked one | I think it's weird to use the terms crackers and good meal together in one and the same sentence. And I'm pretty sure crackers aren't really healthy. Being Italian I like my sardines grilled with garlic, olive oil, grilled tomatoes and a little bit of pecorino. |
