Medium rare for me, it brings out enough flavor without being cooked too much. I used to love raw hamburger but now can't eat it with all the scares. I say let the cow tan in the sun, flip it over, it's done. If it's good enough, no A-1 for me.

Blue rare for me. My husband has finally got the hang of eating steak sitting across from me. I actually had a friend who wouldn't go out for steak with me 'cause she just couldn't handle the juices on my plate. Go figure.

No ketchup! Sacrilegious that is. Some seasoning and maybe fried onions and mushrooms on the side. Great meal in itself.

I like my steak well done. I'm sorry, but I just can't stand to see that blood running out! Makes me sick on my stomach.

I usually like to start it on the stove top in a small cast iron skillet, then I flip it over, finish it in the oven just until the center is done. Perfect every time!!
