The easiest is to microwave it. However, sometimes things are better slowly cooked. So when it comes to quality, I would put microwaving toward the bottom. I love grilling though.

Cooking isn't about ease - it is about good, tasty food. I can happily spend a couple of hours cooking a meal. Or if I'm having guests round I'll spend all day cooking.

But a stir fry has to be easiest in terms of real food.

When I'm outside I go to the nearest Trout Stream - grab some heather, put it over the water of a known mark where fish gather then carefully put my hand in the water and tickle the belly of a trout, then when its mesmerised, I grab its tail pull it out and smack it on a stone and then clean it out and bake it over a fire with some rosemary wrapped around it - beautiful!

I learned the above technique from my uncle when I was 13 - he was a Rom (gypsy) living in brick - Had a farm and bred 'Grai' (horses). Whereas I've never lived in a Vada or on the road. I'm your general booring guy who visits Ireland occasionally and go beyond the Pale to pastures new maybe to Drumshanbo or Cork.
