| Bacon & eggs is pretty good(usually with beans, mushrooms, toast, hogs pudding etc). I'm a big fan of muesli too though (I eat this most days because it's easier to prepare, cheaper and healthier). |

| Shaman | My favorite breakfasts are not healthy so I don't eat them. My daily breakfast is: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 soy sausage, 1 whole wheat toast with a little jelly. I like this because it gives me plenty of protein plus some carbs and does not take long (about 2 minutes)to make because I boil the eggs in advance. |

| kefir pronounced "keh feer" is like a yogurt... but more bubbly (carbonated, effervescent) and has a different culture strain than yogurt. It is fermented milk basically. It's a good probiotic / food to take if you have stomach issues. But cooking it kills the bacteria though... however i still consider it to be better than just plain milk. |

| bacon, eggs fried in the bacon fat (would it be 'boiled' if the eggs are submerged?), butter with a hint of english muffin, coffee or tea (i normally drink coffee, but tea goes even better with this breakfast, for some reason). that, or leftover pizza and coffee. |

| Discussion starter | I just don't understand how can some people start their day with eggs, bacon, coffee, sausages, oil etc? This type of breakfast seems quite unhealthy to me. I prefer a small sandwich with cheese and a glass of warm milk with cacao and honey. |

| Here in Canada I used to live on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, In a really beautiful rainforest, right by the ocean. My front window had an amazing view of the sunrise. Used to love waking up, putting on some coffee, frying up some bacon/eggs, watching the sunrise, then heading out for a few hours surfing in the early morning. Man I miss that. |

| My favourite breakfast? everything! and a huge glass of freshly pressed orange juice. and fresh exotic fruit and greek yogurt. and chocolate cake. and this feta cheese spread with tomatos or olives in it. and olives. and great swiss cheese. and great french soft cheese. and bacon from savoy. and Oolong tea... or black gunpoweder, or maybe also earl grey. and fresh berries with cream. and fresh cocktail tomatoes. and cereals with strawberries. and (sp?) raspberry cake. and some espresso to digest it all .I could have breakfast the whole day long! The only thing I am not fond of is wonderbread and these sausages that don't taste like anything but grease. |

| Eligible for a custom title | It depends on what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes a good bowl of cereal will satisfy me. Sometimes ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel (or croissant on occasion) will do the trick. Or it might be two eggs over hard or sunny side up with toast and home fries. It all depends on my hunger and my mood at the time. For example, if I'm on a cruise (we cruise every year), I'll almost always get two eggs (my third option) every morning. |
