[spoiler]It was so senseless. He was stabbed by a student from a riva school during Liberty's birthday party at Emma's house. There was apparantely no motive.[/spoiler]

It's been taking me awhile to actually believe his character is going to be gone forever, JT has always been my favorite character ever since the show first began. The grade he was in when it started is what grade I was in and when he died, same grade. It was like growing up with a person (well not technically) but he's always been my favorite. His kind-heartedness and witty sense of humor will seriously be missed by me and by all.

When I first watched the episode, I knew he was going to get stabbed... I just didn't know when so when JT went out the door to tell Liberty he still loved her (I really wish he got the chance!) and those guys were out there, I just couldn't bare watching him get stabbed at first. I never cried so much during a television show before, it's like real life when it actually isn't.

RIP JT :-[

I miss JT so much already. I'm in Canada and when I was watching I never really cried until Librity broke down in the gym. *sigh* I cried like a baby. Ryan was my fav actor. I'm gonna miss seeing him every week.

i know with degarssi itslike we really aree friends with them, any other show someone dies on its not a big deal but JT of all people hes like our little brother(even though hes older then me lol)

It really sucks that he's gone :[ he was rly one of my favorite characters. I'll miss him & his comedy. He could do some pretty AMAZING back bends

(can't ya tell i'm a gymnasts, which so is the girl who plays "Mia" haha, off subject) But no, seriously. I'll miss him. Alot. :[ Um, on the Degrassi myspace it said that he is considering going to university because he's wanted to do that, so yeah. Maybe that's why they "killed him off"

Okay, well first of all i think that JT was the most lively charactor on the show and now that he's gone it'll never be the same...i didnt cry because my boyfriend was watching it with me and i didnt want him to think i was a sob..i wouldve liked to cry though

but to get to the point..R.I.P. JT Yorke..i wish this couldve been toby..no offense

yes we all know. It's the fact that this show has been on so long and we have all become attached to the characters so that when something bad happens like J.T.'s death it affects us. I think it has something to do with our brain not being able to completely decipher the fact it's not real and it's just a show. I read something about that somewhere..i forgot where though

Never has a tv show made me cry as much as what I saw, it was like a blurr, one minute he was there, the next he's gone

Omg, i can't believe they killed off J.T. I thought it was going to be such a good scene where jt goes to find liberty and they kiss and make up, but they had to do that. why couldn't they have killed off craig the coke-head! God! i can't believe how much i cried, it felt like i actually knew him. I am so sad. I watch the show on the-n, which brings me to my next issue. when they show the preview for the next show, it pissed me off. They show Liberty and Toby kissing and it appears to be during the memorial service for J.T. Who would be off kissing their dead (ex) boyfriend's bestfriend like the day after he died??

I just watched it an I was a little more than pissed off. I'm really sad....I watched the little blurb at the end where they talk about Ryan's last day and stuff and I shed some tears

i kno, i mean luckily i havent lost anyone real close to me, BUT it feels pretty real JTs like one of my bffs, just like the rest of Degrassi i still keep cryin everythime i watch either epi, or the on the set or think about it, im tearin rit now... lol

I know what ya'll mean it does feel like I just lost a friend J.T. was a big part of Degrassi the whole time it's been on and it sucks that we lost him

...The epps make me cry everytime I watch em but what really gets to me is the Degrassi On The Set of Ryan's last day I had to go re-watch it cuz the first time I was crying so much that I couldn't see the screen... lol....GOSH I MISS HIM
