I heard a while back that Paige finds out she is pregnant with spinners baby.... is that true >??

Not that i have heard of. Besides DTNG has had enough pregnancy storylines, i don't think they need to have anymore.

I totally agree Degrassi has had enough pregnancy storylines...and although I have never heard the rumor I really don't think it's true :big-smile:

Yeah, that rumor originated with the final ep. I agree there has already been the storylines with Manny and Liberty so that would be sort of old if they did it again, (unless they find a completely different and intense way to tell the story). But that was never mentioned in any of the confirmed spoilers, to answer your question.

Haha, that would be kinda cool though.. but paige is goin to college 2, and they already have 2 story lines of manny and liberty... as well of the new girl mia... they would have to start a daycare degrassi... if it kept goin like it is now.. with everyone gettin prego!

Actually, how much time has passed since HF and now? 2-3 months? Hmmm.....it's still a possibility I guess. I mean if it were any longer, she most likely would have started showing by now.

yeah but they way they do it sucks. Mannys was good but Libertys storyline sucked. I was wishing for a regular character to be a permant father and mother. I dont know why but i imagine Ashely being a teenage mother.

Hopefully it is true, Paige and Spinner were an awesome couple. Better than Paige and Alex. (I can't stand to use the fangirl-ish "Palex" since I'm a guy and that would be scary.)

okay guys hence the word "rumour" and like i have already mentioned before the pregenancy storeyline is way past its used by date. I would be very disapointed if it does happen. I do not think they will repeat this storeyline at all. Paige is heading in a completely diff direction, aka business women. But as we all know there are rumours floating around abt this show everywhere. I heared a supposed "definate" rumour/spoiler that manny gets hit by a car....so its all over the place.

i do agree that the pregnancy tag has been overdone but surely they need to have 1 baby that is kept in the show. i mean Emma Nelson was really the seed for Degrassi TNG. SO if they have another baby hanging around then maybe they can pick up the show in 15 years if they want to again??

there was heaps of teaching about the reality of being a teen mum when spike got pregnant inthe original series. there is some material there.

i've not heard any rumours of other pregnancies though...

we'll all have to stay tuned i guess

Rumour, nothing serious. And I'm sure it won't be the case. Paige would've known by now + she isnt the kind of girl who gets knocked up.

very doubtful...it's been 3 months since high fidelity (in tv time) so she'd probably already know. besides the pregnancy thing is played out. manny, liberty, and now the new chic.

i think they did that in the old school to acutlly they did spike got pregnant and kept the baby and one of the twins got pregnant and had an abortion

It won't be Liberty's baby because no one wants another generation of Liberty.
