I live in the US and the episode "Accidents Will Happen (parts 1 and 2)" were never released here. I'm pretty upset about that. I signed a pettion to stop The-N (the channel they are put on) from doing this. I hope they stop and just show the episodes in order!

I think that they do not think that we are mature or something like that. If we want to see it they should put it on the air in the U.S.

i downloaded the episodes off limewire. don't they mention what happened in those episodes the rest of the season? i'd think it would be pretty confusing if you missed that.
they were my favorite episodes because it hit home to me. i remember sitting at my computer in tears. not just crying but CRYING. i think it should be seen in the US

If they can show it any place else (Canada), then they should show it in the here in our country. What's the difference - they show adults shows and they won't show ours? That's so like messed up.

i was so mad when i found out The-N wouldn't show the episode of manny getting pregnant. i thought that was so stupid. why couldn't the air it in the first place?

I completely agree, the US allows moronic reality shows and dramas filled with unrealistic chaos, but when a show comes on that really addresses the realities of life in an appropriate way it's not allowed on the air- lucky for us we can find it online

They can show a gay couple making out on TV, they can show kids doing drugs on Tv, and even getting raped. But why won't they show Manny having an abortion??? This makes no sense to me.

Yeah I finally saw Accidents will happen on here. But, when I was watching the rest of the season Manny would always be like I hate Craig for what he did to me. And I was like wait, having another gf at the same time doesn't seem like that big of a deal, what Manny was making a giganitc deal. That made me confused, but now I know what that was all about.

yes, but a lot of that happened after that episode. the-n probably wasnt ready for that kind of drama yet. if youve watched the-n shows from when that had "Sponk" (i think that was the name) youll see how over time they got more dramatic in their shows and episodes. even the girls vs boys show got more dramatic with each season. they probably wouldnt have had as much of a problem if the episode would have come out more recently.

not that im agreeing with them, i think it sucks too, but im just trying to get some reasoning out of it.

Is it really fair to hate the-n/USA because of one episode of Degrassi? We have different standards of what is apropriate. In Japan, kids shows are what we would constitute as teen shows. It's all about what their government and high-up people consider apropriate. Degrassi has pushed lots of limits for teen dramas in the US so you should be thanking The-N. Not geting all psycho about one abortion episode (THAT MIND YOU will be on a DVD sold here).

I actually downloaded it off of youtube so I could see what would happen.Is funny they show it on other shows but wont on the-n that just doesnt make sense
