How do you click on your laptop mouse?

I've just been using my laptop and suddenly thought, i used to use the touchpad, not i use the upper button. Just a general question as to what people use.

Strange? maybe! but intruiging

usually an external optical 3-button dealy....but when that's not available, mainly the touchpad, and sometimes the nipple ; )

It depends on what I'm doing. I go both ways.

Trackpad and the button.

I can't stand the touchpad on my work laptop so much so that I refuse to use it. Instead if I can't use a normal mouse, I'll use the little stick thing in the middle of the keyboard and the buttons above the trackpad to click.

I use the touchpad all the time, but turned off tap-to-click because that's seriously awful.

I have an external USB mouse that I use for heavy mousing.

I use the buttons below my touchpad for clicking purposes.

I generally use a touch pad, although I do have a mouse plugged in right now via USB. I try to use a mouse whenever possible, it's much better than a touch pad in my opinion.

I have an actual mouse that I plug into my USB port, but when I don't have my mouse I use the buttons usually, the whole taping thing just doesn't feel right to me. Don't ask why, I don't know.
