cant access to internet although successful connect

i'm a Linux noob,i dont know how to fix this issue,pls help me

well, first of all, welcome to linux.

that is a hard screenshot to decipher... where are you sending that ping?

It looks like it might be either a dns problem or a default gateway. Try typing 'ifconfig' into a terminal and let us know what it says.
