| Mine would be adding a transparent Eterm to the desktop, its really handy to have there waiting (and neat). I've also tied it in with Screen auto opening a few screens on it (and running) irssi, hellanazb and two spare shells. You may need to apt-get Eterm. | Lol | Adjusting the swappiness of the kernel. Basically controlling how much the kernel will favor swap usage. Code: sudo sysctl vm.swappiness=x To make it permanent you need to add Code: vm.swappiness=x |
