Well being that I have taken Comp A+ and Network Repair classes, I would say that Dell is really too expensive for the stuff you get. I would say that they have the best customer service, but storage and graphics you could get much better

i have one and its crashed twice but it all depends on what you get put on your computer at first. i loaded mine with 80GB of memory, and i still have 55GB left after 2 years of having it. some ppl's computers crash because they are somewhat computer illiterate, and download random stuff from sites when they contain viruses and so on. they need to teach MORE computer classes in school. lol but yeah dell computers are good for me.

Dells are good (though still overpriced) for people who don't use their computers - and I mean really USE their computer. I'll clarify what this means: NOT using a computer: chatting online word processing internet browsing dvd watching most (not hardcore) gaming downloading (music, videos, images) photoshopping the way 98% of the population does REALLY using a computer: programing that actually does something useful math humans cannot computer in under an hour high-end web design professional photoshop, flash, etc high-end gaming media production
